I decided to try this place because it seemed to always have a lively vibe.
Food I've tried:
- Salty salty salty. Everything I had was salty.
- WINGS (MAGIC TERIYAKI) ($10): the chicken itself was nicely fried, and had a crisp texture. It came covered in teriyaki sauce that made it extremely salty.
- CHIRASHI ($22): it came with shrimp, tuna, salmon, yellowtail over rice. The sushi itself was decently fresh, but again the rice was very salty.
Atmosphere:
- I visited during COVID times, so I ate outdoors. I thought the seating was a bit closer than for comfort especially this was during mid COVID.
- While it was empty when I visited, I have seen this place with a lot of people when passing by so I imagine a reservation would be a good idea during peak hours.
Service:
- The staff was friendly, service speed was average.
Overall:
- The price for the food is pretty standard ($~35 per person, with entree + app), considering it's sushi and it is in Central Square. Considering the sodium levels though ... I would probably not return.
